What Are The Ingredients For Quesadillas Recipe?

The ingredients for Quesadillas are:

Use cooked chicken breast meat , diced. Dice or slice the vegetables and be generous with those servings. You want to fill up the tortilla when all is done.

I simply heat my cast iron griddle to medium heat or a bit higher, then lightly warm and slightly brown the tortilla , but don't go past flexible with it , add grated cheese evenly over half the tortilla. Add the meat and vegetables, sprinkle on the garlic powder or add minced garlic and the Oregano herbs.

You then fold over the top of the quesadilla, lightly brown it to your liking and flip to do the other side.

Never walk away, always monitor these so they are perfect the way you like them. I tuck in my food neatly.

Drain any canned vegetables you may find yourself using if you can't use fresh for the moment, it prevents it from becoming too juicy.

I find one of these adequate for my Type 2 diabetes meals entrees. I find it quick to fix and I enjoy them.

It is also low salt and increases fiber intake per day.

You may or may not use olive oil on the pan. It is simply as needed.
