My very own quiche creation! Yummy! After trying quiche for the first time this week and loving it, I thought I'd create something yummy and unique that helps me get my veggies and protein in too!!

What Are The Ingredients For Loaded Quiche Recipe?

The ingredients for Loaded Quiche are:

5 whole eggs, beaten
3 egg whites,beaten
3 cups 1% milk
4 oz 50% fat white cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
2/3 pkg of Oscar Meyer Bacon Pieces
3 lg fresh carrots, chopped in processor
1 small can mushrooms, chopped in processor
1 large red onion, chopped/sauteed in cooking spray
2 cups frozen broccoli pieces, thawed & chopped
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup brown rice
1 large tomatoe, sliced in 8 slices

I also added various seasonings to my liking. They included salt, pepper, cumin, seasoned salt and many others. I put so many things in who knows. I like to season the way that sounds good at the time. Just do it the way you like it!


How Do I Make Loaded Quiche?

Here is how you make Loaded Quiche:

Mix everything together in a bowl well except tomato. Spray large glass pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan. Gently arrange the tomato slices on top.
