Here is how you make Spicy Vegetarian Frittata:

Preheat oven to 400In a large oven-safe pan, saute bell pepper and chipotle peppers.Add hash browns and soy chorizo. Whisk eggs together with cheese and chives. Add salt and pepper.Add spinach to pan and wait for spinach to wilt.Pour eggs in pan and tilt pan until eggs settle.Cook a couple minutes on stove until the edges of the egg is set.Transfer pan to oven and cook ~12 minutes, adjusting pan halfway, until eggs are set all the way through. To check, cut a small slit in the center of the frittata. If raw eggs run into the cut, bake for another few minutes; if the eggs are set, pull the frittata from the oven.
