1 tbsp chopped onion

How Do I Make Spinach and Eggs?

Here is how you make Spinach and Eggs:

Preheat oven 375. In a small sautee pan heat your oil add onion and cook for about 2 minutes add some of the chicken broth now add garlic and cook for another minute. Now add spinach and sautee add salt and pepper. Put to the side and let cool. In a bowl add egg, cheese and spinach(once cooled) mix together and pour into a greased glass pie plate.
