Here is how you make Spinach Fritatta:

*Defrost spinach and remove excess liquid. Divide in half and put in bowl. Add bacon and tomatoes. Scramble egg whites and add to mixture. Preheat small fry pan, spray with non-stick spray and add onion. Sautee one minute, add mixture and place lid on pan turning heat down very low.
