2 cups sliced zucchinin
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tbsp chpped fresh thyme
1 cup 1% or 2% reduced-fat milk
salt & pepper to taste
6 slices center-cut bacon
3 large eggs
3 large egg whites
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2. Peirce bottom and sides of dough with fork. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.3. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.4. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan: swirl to coat. Pour the egg mixture over cheese. Cover crust edges with foil until last 5 min. of baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. cool for 15 minutes on wire rack.
