Slice quarters of Avocado into thin wedges(4 wedges per quarter). Slice tomato into 8 slices. Lightly toast bread until golden brown. Spread 1/2 tbsp cream cheese onto each piece of toast. Place 4 thin slices of avocado on one piece of bread and 2 slices of tomato onto other piece. Put pieces together and enjoy.
