How Do I Make Tortilla Rollups?

Here is how you make Tortilla Rollups:

1 lowfat flour tortilla (around 8 inches)2 T. fat free cream cheese1/8 c. fat free shredded cheddar cheeseFresh spinach leaves1 slice turkey, 98% fat free1 slice ham, 98% fat freeFresh tomato, sliced thin6-8 slices turkey pepperoniPlace tortilla on large piece of plastic wrap. Spread cream cheese to cover entire surface of tortilla. Then layer ingredients only on 1/2 side. When all ingredients are on, roll tightly, making sure ingredients are firmly secured. The other half of the tortilla (with just cream cheese) acts as "glue" to hold it all together. Now wrap tightly in saran and put in refrigerator until ready to use. Can be kept overnight.These are the ingredients that I use, but they could be change to suit individual preferences.
