How Do I Make spicy vegetable stir fry?

Here is how you make spicy vegetable stir fry:

i slice my zuchinni and mushrooms in 1/4 in slices, lightly salt the zuchinni and let sit while i dice up rest of veggies, salt helps make the zuchinnin less mushy. i cut the broccoli stalk into 1/4 in slices and quarter the slices. i chop the onoin and green pepper into bite size pieces and crush and chop the garlic. i chop the jalapeno into garlic size pieces as well. after preping the vegetables i get 1tbs. of olive oil in a skillet hot of med high heat for sauteing when oil is ready i add the broccoli (if i want carrots i add them now as well) , mushrooms and zuchinni. i stir them with a spatula for 5min. then i add the onions and peppers and stir till the peppers get bright in color ( i don't like translucent onions and soft peppers, i prefer crunchy) then i add the garlic and jalapeno and creole seasoning (also great with just salt and pepper or crushed red pepper) and stir for 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant. put on plate and sprinkle with shredded parm. or you can add the parm when adding garlic adn melt it. parmesan like to clump together but tastes sooooooo good in melted clumps.
