Combine butter and b sugar. Bring to a boil, once boiling continue for 5min. On a parchment lined tray lay out 28 Breton crackers. It's okay to overlap. Pour hot caramel over crackers and stick in a 350 degree oven for 5min.Take out of oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand 2min then smooth melted chocolate chips over caramel layer.
