Here is how you make Tasty Tilapia w/ Lemon, Pepper and Garlic:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a Corningware dish w/ cooking spray. Chop or thinly slice garlic clove. Before juicing 1/2 Lemon, slice 2 thin lemon rounds; then juice the remainder. Lay 1 lemon round in center of baking dish and sprinkle a few pieces of garlic around it. Top w/ fish. Pour lemon juice over fish and cover w/ remaining garlic. Then, sprinkle lightly w/ Ms. Dash, Garlic Salt and Black Pepper. Top w/ remaining lemon round.
