This recipe is my family's favorite way to use over-ripe bananas. Not necessarily low fat, but oh so yummy. This is the original version, but I have used egg beaters and 1/2 cup splenda with 1/2 cup sugar successfully in the past to reduce calories. We don't care for nutty banana bread, but feel free to add some if in you like! Enjoy.

Here is how you make Leslie's Banana Bread:

Pre-heat oven to 325 F.Using mixer mash 3 very ripe bananas and mix with sugar until creamy. Add in melted butter and dry ingredients. Mix until blended.Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 325 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 16 slices.
