1/2 C sour milk (take 1/2 c. milk, add 1 tsp vinegar and let
sit for 2 mins or until curdled)
1/4 C unsweetened applesauce

Here is how you make Oat Bran Banana Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 4.5x8.5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and lightly dust with flour. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until well blended, scraping the bowl at least once. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, 55-60 mins. Let cool in the pan on a rack about 15 mins.
