.5 cup brown sugar, light

1 cinnamon stick
.5 tsp nutmeg

How Do I Make Spiced Banana Ice Cream?

Here is how you make Spiced Banana Ice Cream:

Bring to just below boil the milk, cream, both sugars, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger, allspice and salt. At the same time, mix eggs. Once milk mixture has come to just below boil, remove from heat and temper eggs w/ mixture. Then add tempered eggs to milk mixture and heat to 170 deg F. Remove from heat and strain as necessary. Chill until entire mixture is cold, at least 4 hours or overnight. Add to ice cream machine and churn until a smooth mixture results.
