3 Tbs 1% milk

Here is how you make Berry Cheesecake Pops:

In a food mill or food processor, mix the first 4 ingredients. Set aside.If using frozen berries, allow them to defrost first. Add 1 tsp sugar to the berries and let them sit for 1 minute, so that juices are released. Add wine, and mix the berries up with a spoon, mashing them a little against the sides of your bowl. Layer cheesecake mix and berries in your pop mold. Put the sticks in and make sure they're closed tightly to prevent ice crystals.
