Place bread cubes in a sprayed 13x9 baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Allow to stand 20 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand five minutes before cutting.Meanwhile, using a small sauce pan, bring the sugar, lemon and water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture turns a golden amber color. Stir in butter until melted. Add cream. Remove from heat. Serve over the bread pudding.
