1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Egg whites

Here is how you make Low Carb- Peanut Butter Cheesecake Crust:

STEPS:1. Sift together soy flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.2. Cream one stick of butter with artificial brown sweetener and low carb white sweetener with mixer for 1 minute. 3. Add vanilla and peanut butter and mix ? 1 minute. 4. Scrape sides of bowl with rubber spatula and add egg whites ? continue to mix for 1 minute. 5. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until mixed. 6. Spoon out teaspoonfuls of dough and form into balls. 7. Place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart and flatten with fork into circles. (HINT: I like to coat the cookie sheets with butter instead of a spray, gives it a better taste)8. Bake for 10 ? 15 minutes at 325 degrees until lightly brown. 9. Remove from oven and let cool on rack.STEPS TO TURN COOKIES TO CHEESECAKE CRUST:1. Once cookies are cooled, grind 12 cookies in food processor and add 1 stick of melted butter.2. Press mixture onto bottom of greased spring form pan and bake for 10 minutes. (HINT 1: I like to coat the pan with butter instead of a spray, gives it a better taste). (HINT 2: I also prefer to make mini/single serve cheesecakes so I use muffin pans instead of spring form).3.
