Preheat oven to 350.In a non-stick, deep cake pan, mix the berries. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients. Pour a little of the soda into the flour mix, add vanilla to the can and gently swirl. Add the soda to the flour mix and stir. Put the cake on top of the berries. If the berries are still frozen, cover with foil and bake 20 min, then remove foil and bake 40 min, or until a toothpick comes out clean. For thawed or fresh berries, bake 40-45 min total, no foil. Let cool a little and serve, or cool completely and freeze.Serving Size:?Makes 8 servings
