Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, baking powder and salt on wax paper. Cream butter and splenda in a large mixing bowl until fluffy then beat in egg. Place the blueberries in a bowl and dust with the flour mixture to coat. and milk to create a creamed mixture. Fold in blueberries into the batter. Topping:Mix flour, splenda and cinnaomn in a small bowl. Put in butter until crumbly. Spread the batter onto greased baking dish. sprinkle the topping over the batter and bake for 45 minutes or until topping is light brown. Cut in 9 squares and eat warm.
