Here is how you make Vegetarian Blueberry Cake:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees* In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt until thoroughly mixed* Add oil and milk and whisk until well blended* Pour into 8-9" square pan* Gently top cake with blueberries, distributing them evenly over the top Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on heat in oven (mine needed only 25 mins) You can fold the blueberries into the cake batter - I found though that this is not a dense enough batter to hold them in place through the baking process - they all sank to the bottom.
