1 cup low-fat buttermilk

Cream butter, splenda and add egg substitute. Mix until well blended. Add salt and baking soda stir in. Alternate adding flour and buttermilk mixing well after each addition. Stir in 2 1/2 -to 3 cups of rhubarb depending upon how much you have in the garden. I always go for mthe most but I love rhubarb. Pour into a 9 x 15 pan that has been sprayed with pam.
