In a small bowl, combine Splenda, egg substitute, oil, lemon juice, and zest. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and mix lightly. Stir in the poppy seeds.Pour into greased and floured mini loaf pan (5x3x2) and bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven until cake tester comes out clean, approximately 20 minutes. Check it after 15, just in case.Cool in pan, on a rack, for 10 minutes before turning out to cool completely.For the glaze (optional): Whisk the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. If you have trouble getting out the lumps, stick it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Drizzle over the cake.
