Here is how you make Lemon Ice Cake:

Mix cake ingredients in medium bowl until smooth. Place wax paper in bottom of cake pan(s). Pour in batter and bake at 350˚F for 35 min. or until knife insertede in center comes out clean. Allow to cool and turn out onto dish.Whip icing ingredients until smooth.
