This is a cake adapted from Yahoo Food. I used the fat free sugar free instant pudding mix. Cut the eggs to 2 whole plus 2 whites vs 4 whole, used Smart Balance Omega vegetable oil, limes were on sale so used the juice of 4 fresh limes completing amt with the 'ReaLime' bottled juice. Even my picky eaters came back for seconds and thirds thru the evening !! I had cut the 9x13 pan into 24 pieces .. there are only 4 pieces left over.
