2 cups oats, ground
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cardamon powder
1 1/2 cups mango, pureed
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cups sugar


How Do I Make Mango Cake?

Here is how you make Mango Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8 or 9 inch round baking pan with butter and dust with powdered sugar. Combine oat flour, baking powder, salt and cardamon powder in a bowl; set aside. In another bowl combine the mango puree, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add the flour mixture until incorporated, DO NOT OVER MIX. I did everything by hand to make sure it wasn't over mixed. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool in pan until sides of cake pull away from sides of pan.
