Here is how you make Twinkie Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as per directed on the box. Grease and flour, 2 cake pans (whichever shape you desire.) Fill cake pans 1/2 full with cake mix and bake 15-20 minutes in oven. While baking cakes, make filling by creaming margarine, shortening, sugar and vanilla together. While slowly beating, gradually add milk until sugar is dissolved (approx. 8-10 minutes).After cakes have been removed from pans and cooled completely, place cream filling on top of one of the cakes and cover with the remaining cake.
