Combine flax meal and graham crackers. Mix thoroughly with melted butter and press into 8 in pie plate. Chill. Beat yogurt, cream cheese, honey, lemon peel, and vanilla until well blended and very smooth, spread in over crust, slice strawberries and place on top. Chill for three hours before serving.
