Preheat oven to 325Purchase or prepare 1 graham cracker crust.Cream the cream cheese til soft. Beat in eggs, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and dash salt. Pour into pie crust and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of baked cheese cake and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let cool.
