2 cups fat free cottage cheese
15 oz. fat free ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 cups heat stable sugar substitute
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup egg substitute
6 oz. plain and fat free Greek yogurt


How Do I Make New York City Cheesecake?

Here is how you make New York City Cheesecake:

1. Spray cooking spray on the bottom and sides of a 9 inch spring form pan. Mix the butter and graham cracker crumbs and press into the bottom only of the pan. 2. Process the cheeses, corn starch, sugar substitute, vanilla and eggs in a food processor until smooth. 3. Pour into the pan and cover with aluminum foil. Place on a jellyroll pan (to keep oven clean). 4. Bake at 270 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. 5. Remove from oven and run a knife around the inside edge of the pan. TURN OVEN OFF. Re-cover with the foil and return to the oven for an additional 1 hour and 20 minutes. 6. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature. 7. Spread yogurt over cheesecake. 8.
