Preheat oven to 350 F
Cream together:
2 1/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
3 eggs (one at a time)
Sift together:
2 3/4 cup flour (all purpose works fine)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips (or more) :)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Add the sifted ingredients to the wet ingredients, add the chocolate chips and the vanilla.
