Preheat oven to 350'. Grease 9x13" baking pan. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat by hand with a wisk for about 60 to 80 strokes, and stir in boiling water. Batter will be very thin. Pout into prepared pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Cool and Frost. Yield 15 servings. Chocolate Buttercream IcingIn a bowl, sift together the sugar and cocoa. Mix well.
