1 large egg
1 large egg white
1/4 cup canola oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp skim milk

Here is how you make Glazed Chocolate Pumpkin Bundt Cake:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan. Mix flours, granulated sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and spices in a medium bowl. Blend milk, vinegar, pumpkin and brown sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed. Beat in whole egg and egg white. Stir in oil, hone and vanilla. gradually add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, stirring just until combined. Transfer batter to bunt pan. Bake for 60 - 75 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Combine powdered sugar and skim milk to make a thin glaze. Stir until smooth. Drizzle glaze over the top of the bunt cake.
