Cake:Boil butter, water, cocoa powder and crisco. Sift flour, xantham gum and sugar. Add liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and beat well. Then add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla and beat well. Pour ino large shallow baking sheet (jelly roll pan). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.Frosting:Boil butter, cocoa powder and buttermilk.
