Preheat oven to 325F degrees.Mix all the dry ingredients except chocolate chips in a stand mixing bowl. Add in butter, eggs, and yogurt. Batter will be really thick. Add in chocolate chips, mixing with a fork. Scrape batter into coated baking pan (loaf) and with a wet spatula smooth the top and edges. For a split down the center, use a knife about 1/4 inch deep. Place pan in center of oven and bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown on top and toothpick comes out clean.
