Heat oven to 350 F; generously grease and flour a 12 cup fluted tube pan; In medium bowl, beat cake mix, milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer at low speed for 1 minute; increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes scraping bowl a few times; stir in 12 oz chocolate chips; pour into bundt pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes until done; cool in pan for 10 minutes and then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
