Cake:Break chocolate into small pieces, add butter and cover with boiling water. Stir until smooth and melted. Add sugar, milk, egg, and extracts. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Beat until blended.Bake in 9" cake or pie pan coated with cooking spray. 350 for 18-22 minutes.Ganache:Heat half and half just until boiling. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate.
