What Are The Ingredients For Chocolate PB2 Souffles Recipe? The ingredients for Chocolate PB2 Souffles are: Almond Breeze Almond Milk - 4 ozEgg, fresh - 2 large Flour, white - 1 cup Vanilla Extract - 5 tbsp Salt - 25 tsp Bell Plantatin PB2 - 2 Tbs Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp Sucralose - .25 cup How Do I Make Chocolate PB2 Souffles? Here is how you make Chocolate PB2 Souffles: Bring milk to a simmer in a medium saucepan, then remove from heat and aside. Beat together yolks, sugar, coco and PB2 and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until thick and pale about 3 minutes. Reduce speed to low and add flour, mixing until incorporated. Add hot milk in a slow stream, mixing until smooth. Transfer custard to same saucepan and bring to a boil, whisking constantly, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until thick like custard. Remove from heat, whisk in vanilla and transfer to a large bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap (to prevent a skin form forming) and cool to room temperature, about 1 hour (if you want it to cool quicker, put it in the fridge for a little while, which is what I did) remove bean pod from custard. Put oven rack in lower third of oven and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use oil to grease the insides of the mugs, then sprinkle with sugar, turning to coat all sides and knocking out excess. Beat egg whites with salt in another large bowl using cleaned beaters at medium-high speed until foamy. Add cream of tartar and increase speed to high, then beat until egg whites just hold stiff peaks. Stir one fourth of whites into custard to lighten, then fold in nonpareils gently but thoroughly. Pour mixture into prepared mugs, dividing evenly between them. Bake souffl?s until puffed and golden in spots, about 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately!
