The ingredients for Chocolate Icecream (Delish!) are:

1 (15oz.) can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
3 cups fat-free 1/2 & 1/2
1/3c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 packets Truvia
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Here is how you make Chocolate Icecream (Delish!):

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.....whisking together till combined. Turn the heat onto low & whisk away! Slowly the cocao will become incorporated into the mixture. Whisk until mixture is smooth ( 1-2 minutes).Pour the mixture through a mesh collander into your icecream maker. Using your finger, push the rest of the "muddy" cocoa through the mesh collander, and turn the machine on. In 20-25 minutes, you will turn your machine off, & pour icecream into a freezer safe container. Freeze for 2 hours till icecream is set.
