Base: Put almonds in food processor until broken down in fine pieces. Add 15 dates, coconut oil, vanilla and cocoa powder (I used raw cocoa powder) and process till everything is finely chopped. Press into a small spring form pan or tart pan. Place in fridge for 1 hour.Filling: Mix cream cheese and yogurt together, add 1/4 tsp of orange zest, 1/2 tsp orange juice and 1/4 tsp vanilla. Mix till smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Toppings: kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, clementines or any fruit that you have.Serve: Cut into 12 or more pieces.
