Here is how you make Cinnamon Pinwheels:

Preheat oven to 425F. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and white sugar together. Cut in shortening until coarse. Add up to 2cups milk, gradually until dough forms a ball. Roll on slightly floured surface to 1cm thickness. Spread butter on the dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and spread on the dough. Roll up, starting with the long edge and pinch and seal the edge. Cut into 1 1/2 to 2 cm slices. Bake on greased pan for 12-15 min.
