1/4 C + 1/8 C. Smooth Peanut Butter (you can use a low fat kind or a PB substitute)
2 C. quick cooking Oats

I'm not claiming this is the healthiest, just posting it so I know what I'm eating.1. In a saucepan bring the sugar, milk and butter to a rolling boil over med. heat.2. Stir and boil 1-2 minutes after it's at a rolling boil3. Remove from heat4. Mix in peanut butter and oats5. I use a small cookie scoop to drop them onto wax paper. My scoop gives me 19 small cookies.
