Here is how you make No Bake Cookies or Bars:

1. Bring to a boil in a heavy bottomed sauce pan, sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter.2. Boil for one minute. That is NOT two minutes, or a minute and a half! Stir the entire time!3. Remove from the heat and stir in peanutbutter and vanilla. Mix well.4. Mix in oats. Don’t take your time, the mixture will harden.5. Old way, drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper and let cool. ( Betcha won’t wait ;))New way, spread in foil lined cookie pan (won’t fill it up) about 1/2″ thick. Cut with a pizza cutter before set.
