Here is how you make TW's No-Bake Cookies:

combine sugar and cocoa powder in a medium sauce pan. Mix in milk and butter and cook over medium heat stirring constantly to blend. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat and mix in the peanut butter, vanilla extract and oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let set. (I put mine in the refrigerator to cool faster!)
