Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the oats, Fiber One crumbs, Splenda, baking powder, cinnamon, protein powder and salt. Set aside after mixing well.In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients -- pureed peaches, pumpkin, egg substitute, egg whites) and mix well.
