1) In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.2) In a large bowl, using an electric mixer set on medium, beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture until a dough forms. Shape dough into a disk; wrap in plastic wrap and chill 30 mins.3) Preheat oven to 350-F. On a floured surface, roll dough to a 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out shapes with cookie cutter.4) Place shapes on baking sheets. Bake until edges are just brown, 6-8 mins.
