1/2 lb. chopped dried mango slices
1/2 lb. chopped dried apricots
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup craisins

Here is how you make L.R. Fruitcake cookies:

Cream butter and sugar on high for a minute or two. On low speed add eggs one at a time, beating just until mixed. Mix in soda water. In a small bowl combine flour, oat bran, cinnamon and salt. Stir into batter. Remove from mixer and stir in nuts and fruits by hand. Drop by 1/8 cupfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
