Here is how you make Peanut Butter Buckwheat Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine buckwheat flour, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter and vanilla until well blended. Add molasses and beat. Combine half the dry ingredients, add the eggs, one at a time, beat in the remaining dry ingredients. Roll cookies into 1 1/2 inch balls and set 2 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Press tops with the back of a fork. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 6 dozen.Serving Size:?1 Cookie
