Sift flour, soda and baking powder together. Cream sugars well. Add eggs (beaten), margarine, butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix througly. Add flour mixture. Knead in bowl only long enough to form a smooth dough. Roll dough into 1 inch in diameter balls. Lay on ungreased cookie sheets, 1 inch apart. Press with tines of fork to make criss-crosses.
