1/4 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 c. honey
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp. olive oil
3 Tbs. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 egg, beaten (about 2 Tbsp.)
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Makes 24 cookies with only 79 calories.1. In a large bowl, combine dried fruit and apple juice. Cover and let stand at room temp.overnight or until liquid is absorbed.2. Preheat oven to 350. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine flour, spices, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.3. In another bowl, beat honey, oil, and brown sugar. Mix in the egg. Add flour mixture and dried fruit and blend just until flour is no longer visable. The mixture will be thick and sticky.4. Drop 12 spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. Bake 12 to 15 mins. or until cookies are just firm in the center. Remove from oven and let cool.
