Here is how you make Fudge Brownie Cookies:

1---Soften butter. Whip with sugars, syrup, eggs, and vanilla. Sift cocoa onto mixture, and stir in until fully moistened.2---Begin preheating oven to 350.3---Mix together flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to butter mixture and mix in until completely moistened, but do not overmix. Batter will be thick.4---Drop in 1/2 tablespoons (size of a large grape) on ungreased cookie sheet, at least 1" apart. 5----Bake for about 8 minutes. Prep next round of cookies while the previous set is baking (takes about 4 rounds of baking).6--- When done, cookies should still be sizzling, but should be just beginning to dry on surface (not wet on surface, but have a slight spotty sheen). Immediately, remove cookies from cookie sheet and cool on rack. Cookies will be quite soft at first, but should firm up as they cool.7---Completely cool. Gently toss in powdered sugar (if still soft on surface when cooled, sprinkle sugar instead; do not toss).
